It All Starts With Our Clients’ Needs

It all begins with conversations focusing on your vision, mission, and goals. We dive deep into understanding your company’s employee/clients’ base with regard to learning and mastering skills - be it HR topics, new employee induction programs, and new technology integration. The content and delivery are individualized for your needs.

Then We Create A Strategy

We then design a roadmap of how the learners will master the content and skills. Using Bloom’s Taxonomy of higher order learning, we ask essential questions based on the goals you provide. We utilize the content/information you provide or we can pull it from our research. From there, we select the type of outcome (question, activity, mini-project) that will result in the highest level of mastery and understanding. Finally, we select technologies that will fit with the goals and your company’s budget.

From Strategy to Design

Next, we design one unit (called the beta) and stop to share with you. We showcase the different types of technologies that can be used to make an informed decision as to the ones that you believe will fit with your company/clients’ needs. We want and value your input. If possible, we test the design on a small group of your employees or client to acquire more feedback.

Finally We Build

At last, we incorporate the information and build your E-learning content. Depending on the plan, we will help you launch or load the content on the platform.
